Made from betaine hydrochloride that helps stimulate intestinal transit in a natural and fluid way and promotes the proper health of the arteries and cardiovascular system.
Indicated for people with mild symptoms of constipation.
Suitable for adults and young people.
Open the bottle and take 1 tablet during the main meal of the day.
Betaine hydrochloride, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (stearic acid), coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), emulsifier (vegetable cellulose), pepsin, bromelain, pancreatin, papain, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), glazing agent (shellac).
To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.
