Description

Naturgreen Azuki (Red Soya) 500g is a product based on azuki, a bean-like but slightly more rounded legume, red in colour and with a sweet taste.

It stands out for its purifying quality and for being a source of protein and energy. It can be used in countless dishes, mostly stews in which we can replace the traditional beans or beans by azuki because it has less fat and facilitates digestion, so you can take them as regularly as other legumes.

In this case, the azuki beans are organic, so their cultivation and processing have been environmentally friendly and free of pesticides.

Instructions for use

Leave to soak overnight. Add 1 cup of sugar for every 3 cups of water and cook to taste. Try it in your favorite stews or recipes.

Composition

AZUKI BEAN* (100%).
