Naturgreen Organic Coconut Flour 500g

It is organic flour made from the fresh pulp of freshly harvested and finely ground coconuts.

It is a flour rich in fiber and carbohydrates, so it is favorable for the digestive system and is usually well tolerated. It is little known, but you can use it in a lot of recipes, like other more conventional flours.

To top it off, coconut flour does not contain gluten, so it can be added in recipes for people with celiac disease.
