It has blue and greenish tones due to its richness in phycocinine and chlorophyll. It has been declared by Unesco as the food of the millennium. It contains 55% protein, as well as various types of vitamins and minerals in different proportions. Its properties are necessary for the human body. It is rich in iron, zinc, fibre, vitamin B1, B2 and B3. It is organically produced, vegan and gluten-free.

It is suitable for anyone who wants to add a healthy food that provides energy and protein to their diet. In case of pathologies incompatible with its use or if you have any doubts, consult your GP.
