It is made only from organically grown coconuts from Sri Lanka which is manufactured using cold extraction and pressing methods , unrefined and unbleached so it retains all its beneficial properties unchanged . In addition, it is cholesterol and trans fat free.

It is ideal for cooking, baking or use as a substitute for butter or margarine.

Instructions for use

It can be consumed directly or used as an ingredient in your baking recipes.
