Take 2 capsules a day, one before breakfast and one before dinner.

Composition

Catalase 400 mg, PABA 200 mg, Copper 6 mg, Zinc Oxide 10 mg, Saw Palmetto (fruit) 100 mg, Vitamin B-6 1mg, Horsetail (aerial parts) 100 mg, Soya lecithin 100 mg, Áfolic acid 400 mcg, Chlorella 12 mg, Biotin 300 mcg L-tyrosine 100 mg, Pantothenic acid 18 mg, Nettle extract (leaves) 100 mg, Barley (seeds) 49 mg.
