Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take 30ml a day. It can be taken in two ways: 10ml 3 times a day diluted in a glass of water (200ml), or dilute the daily dose (30ml) in 1 litre of water and drink it throughout the day. Contains measuring cup. Shake vigorously before use.

Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin needed to form neurotransmitters (nervous system messengers) and adrenal hormones. It is also involved in the proper functioning of the immune system.
