Description

Neen Aquaflex™ Pelvic floor strengthening cones help to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles to improve overall health, regain bladder control, and improve sexual response and satisfaction. If used daily for 20 minutes, improvement can be noticed in 12 weeks. It is a safe and natural solution that allows women to take control.

 

Instructions for use

Aquaflex® cone is inserted as a buffer and makes the pelvic floor muscles contract automatically to hold it. This reflex action is what stimulates the muscles. As the muscles are strengthened, you can add more weight and may increase the use of cones time to up to 20 minutes a day.

The exercise system contains two cones and a set of four weights (5 g, 10 g and 2 x 20 g).

Once inserted properly, the cones isolate and contract the pelvic floor muscles automatically.

Add more weight gradually to increase the pelvic floor muscle strength.
