Description

The Periform® Vaginal Probe has been recommended by health professionals for its effectiveness in stimulating the pelvic floor muscles. It is especially indicated for urinary incontinence and can be used with electro-stimulators and bio-feedback with 2mm connection.

Characteristics:

  • Its patented recess ensures a secure hold and allows the patient to move during treatment.
  • Rounded shape for easy insertion and ease of use.
  • Contoured electrodes that make stimulation more comfortable and efficient.
  • Its narrow neck allows the vaginal tissue to take on a natural shape.

Integrated and longer cables:

  • The cables integrated in the structure prevent current loss or interference in the biofeedback.
  • Cable length 36 cm.
  • The length of the"wand" has increased, amplifying the movement of the pelvic floor in its contraction, improving patient formation and visual biofeedback.

Light and small:

  • Dimensions: length 94 mm, diameter 34.7 mm
  • Weight: 19g
  • Cable length: 36cm

Cleaning:

Clean the probe with warm water and neutral soap. Rinse well and dry. Repeat after each use and dry correctly before storing in its plastic case.

*Do not use boiling water

Instructions for use

Use the probe with the muscle stimulator, Pericalm. This provides a gentle electrical current to the pelvic floor muscles that tones and strengthens where you need it most.

Use the probe with the biofeedback device. The Periform® probe captures electrical activity in the pelvic floor muscles. This information is displayed on the screen. It tells you if you are contracting your muscles and performing your Kegel exercises correctly;
