I'm very disappointed as I've been ordering this hydroalcollinic gel for a very long time as it was very pleasant, not at all viscous and leaving no residue on the hands. The one I received is not the same at all, very sticky and leaving an unpleasant sensation. Is it the formula that has changed or is it the wrong reference?
