I didn't receive it, apparently due to a lack of stock the pharmacy thought it best to send me a second shampoo rather than my mask, if I needed two shampoos I would have bought two. I would have preferred to be sent just my shampoo and to be reimbursed for the missing mask which I could have bought elsewhere. To be informed by a note on a handwritten paper in my parcel is average and not very professional. I could have been informed by e-mail and I could have decided or been informed and contested. I've tested it, I don't approve of it and I wouldn't recommend it again. Finally, nothing can replace a pharmacy in person.
