Description

Solution that helps relieve the causes of constipation, indicated for the intestinal tract through the contribution of fiber. It contains NS Laxibiotic 12 sachets, a powdered fibre supplement to nourish the intestinal flora and promote natural evacuation, and Ns Fibra 250g, sachets containing probiotics to restore the intestinal flora and restore its regularity. It can be dissolved in any cold or hot liquid (water, juices, milk, etc) and also in semi-solids (yoghurt, purees, porridges, etc).

Instructions for use

Adults and children from 5 years of age: take 1 sachet daily.

Composition

Ns Laxibiotic: (Cn 172566.0), Fructo-oligosaccharides (Fos Actilight), Psyllium Fibers (Plantago Ovata L.), Bifidobacterium Lactis Ves002, Anti-caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide).

Pharmaceutical Advice

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.

Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations.
