Capsules designed based on a combination of vitamins, minerals and valerian that promote mental and physical well-being, improving the quality of sleep. Its formula contains scholzia, also known as California poppy, especially indicated to prevent insomnia, nightmares and nighttime awakenings.
Take 2 capsules a day, during meals.
Bisglycinate and magnesium hydroxide, GABA (y-aminobutyric acid), valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), inositol, zinc gluconate, vitamins B3 (nicotinamide), B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) and B9 (calcium L-methylfolate), anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; Eschscholtzia extract (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) Copper gluconate. Capsule: fish gelatin.
Inositol is an organic compound from the polyol family that has pseudovitamin (Vitamin B8) properties. It is a component of the cell membranes and is especially present in the central nervous system and muscle tissue. It is fundamental for communication between cells.
