Description

Nutradeica Oily Dandruff Shampoo 200ml is especially suitable for people who suffer from severe scalp sebum secretion or oily dandruff. It can be used at the beginning of the treatment and later for maintenance. It can be applied to children over 3 years of age.

The properties of Ketopirox and Ichthyol Pale including Nutradeica shampoo help to reduce excess sebum, itching, flaking and erythema from the very first applications. It also has a conditioning and comfort effect.

Don't give way to irritation, remedy it!

Instructions for use

  • Apply 2-3 times a week and leave on for 2-3 minutes massaging into wet scalp.
  • Rinse with plenty of water.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Seborrhoeic dermatitis is a skin condition that usually affects the scalp. It can also affect other oily areas of the body such as the face, sides of the nose, eyebrows, ears, eyelids and chest.

Persistent scaling with itching or discomfort usually occurs. Its formation is related to excessive activity of the sebaceous glands and alteration of the skin microbiome (overgrowth of fungi of the genus Malassezia). It can be aggravated by the effect of some medications.

Certain factors can trigger the appearance of seborrhoeic dermatitis, so it is advisable to keep them at bay or take preventive measures: stress, extreme temperatures, oily skin or skin with underlying acne, excessive alcohol consumption or obesity.

To improve seborrhoeic dermatitis, it is recommended to use non-irritating face soaps and/or shampoos with specific ingredients to counteract the problem (sebum-regulating, soothing, keratolytic, antipruritic, plant extracts with antiseptic and antifungal properties, etc.). In the case of shampoos, I recommend alternating their use with another very gentle and balancing cleanser. In a facial routine, as well as a specific facial cleanser, complete the treatment with an emulsion that includes some of the ingredients described above, and oil-free sunscreen. I recommend avoiding soaps that are too astringent, as well as cosmetics with too much of an oily phase, so as not to increase the sebum in the skin.
