These protein bars from Nutrisport have a high content of milk proteins, vitamins and minerals, which contribute to preserve and increase muscle mass. They are an ideal supplement to take at any time of the day and after workouts. Suitable to cover the protein needs of athletes, who require a balanced and varied diet. They can be combined with other products such as caffeine before training, to boost performance to the maximum. To increase muscle mass it is advisable to combine with a whey protein shake, creatine and carbohydrates.
