Description

Tablets formulated with zinc, keratin and cranberry extract which combined help to strengthen and nourish the hair from the inside, as well as stimulating its growth. Contains a high protein content that contributes to strong nails.

Instructions for use

Take 2 capsules a day with meals.

Composition

L-cystine, bulking agent (cellulose), lactose, starch, anti-caking agent (talc), maltodextrin, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), nicotinamide (vitamin B3), keratin (contains sulfites), coating agents (hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, talc, iron oxide, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), calcium pantothenate (vitamin B5), bilberry extract (Vaccinium myrtillus L.), colouring agents (calcium carbonate, iron oxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), copper sulphate, biotin (vitamin B8).

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
