Description

Dietary supplement based on keratin, blueberry extract, cystine, B vitamins, copper and zinc. Keratin is the main protein of hair and nails, giving them more resistance. Zinc contributes to the normal synthesis of proteins, including keratin, resulting in strong, vital and healthy hair and nails. Bilberry extract and biotin (vitamin B8) activate the microcirculation of the scalp and maintain normal hair.

Instructions for use

Take 2 capsules per day with a meal.

L-Cystine, Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Lactose, Corn Starch, Anti-caking Agent (Talc), Maltodextrin, Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide [Nano]), Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3), Keratin (Contains Sulfites), Coating Agents (Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Talc), Zinc Oxide, Anti-caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate), Calcium Pantothenate (Vitamin B5), Bilberry Fruit Extract (Vaccinium Myrtillus L.), Colorants (Calcium Carbonate, Iron Oxide), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1), Copper Sulfate, Biotin (Vitamin B8).

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
