Oftan macula 90caps helps the eye to recover from the wear and tear caused by regular computer use. It provides all the nutrients needed for normal functioning.
It is recommended to complete this supply of vitamins with a proper rest of the eye. Contains lutein and retinol, contributes to a good eye and eye care.
1 capsule a day for breakfast.
Retinol, tocopherol, ascorbic acid, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pyridoxine, folic acid, cyanocobalamide, magnesium, copper, zinc, manganese, selenium, lutein and zeaxanthin.
Place the top of the screen at the same height as the eyes. Take breaks every 20 minutes and remember that good lighting in the space where the computer is. You will avoid the extra wear and tear on your eyes.
