Very effective on "small" colds, provided that you start the "treatment" as soon as the first symptoms appear (=immediately). I take 4 capsules per day instead of the 3 recommended by the dosage for the biggest colds. I complete each capsule with 500 mg of paracetamol, and it is more efficient than the dolirhume. As I often have a cold, I always have at least one tablet of OlioSeptil nose and throat within reach.
