Food supplement in the form of effervescent tablets lemon flavor, made from vitamin B6 and magnesium. Magnesium and vitamin B6 help reduce tiredness and fatigue, contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
Take 1 tablet a day dissolved in a glass of water (200 ml).
Acidulants: citric acid, malic acid, acidity regulator: magnesium carbonate, sweeteners: sodium cyclamate, sodium saccharin, starch, flavouring, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), colouring: riboflavin-5'-phosphate.
Magnesium is a mineral needed for the different processes in our body, as it helps to maintain the regular function of the muscles and the nervous system. It is an essential nutrient for serotonin production (a neurotransmitter) and contributes to bone health. Food sources of magnesium include nuts, pulses, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flaxseed, etc.) and cocoa.
