Description

This Orliman knee brace, of a high medical standard and excellent quality, is made of lightweight, low-profile aluminum. It has a non-slip inner layer and air-chambered pads for comfort and well-being. It includes steel wedges with zinc coating (to avoid corrosion), which regulate the flexion in different graduations. With the side metal plates you can make a small custom fitting. Comfortable adjustable straps with protective padding for a better fit. It is recommended for lateral ligament and knee injuries, cruciate ligament rupture and post-surgical ligament surgery. This product is individualized for each patient and recommended under medical prescription. It should not be used by other people or for purposes other than those indicated by the specialist. It should not be used when practicing contact sports.

Instructions for use

Choose the correct size, adapt to each patient, do not compress too much, as this will cause discomfort.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
