An anatomical postural splint made of low-density polyethylene, moulded lined for comfort during treatment. It has three points of fixation, the palmar of elastic webbing and the wrist and forearm of rigid Velcro. Its soft removable fastening straps contribute to the immobilization of the trapeziometacarpal and metacarpophalangeal joints.
