Ovusitol D is a dietary supplement designed to provide the necessary nutrients for women who want to prepare their bodies for pregnancy. This supplement contains Myo-inositol, used in the composition of the cellular membrane, Folic acid, that contributes to the cell division process and the metabolism of homocysteine, and Vitamin D, that promotes the proper absorption of calcium and the cell division process.

How to take Ovusitol D 

Take one sachet a day, dissolved in a glass of water (250 ml).

Composition

CHOLECALCIFEROL (VIT. D13). INOSITOL. FOLIC ACID (VIT. B9).

Inositol is an organic compound from the polyol family that has pseudovitamin (Vitamin B8) properties. It is a component of the cell membranes and is especially present in the central nervous system and muscle tissue. It is fundamental for communication between cells. It is also involved in lipid metabolism. We should consume it through our diet because it is involved in normal mental function maintenance and other physiological processes related to fertility and thyroid function.

Rich sources of inositol include whole grains, nuts and legumes. As an ingredient in dietary supplements, it can support these functions, although there are no standardised recommendations on its use. Therefore, in the context of certain diseases or dysfunctions, it is advisable to get personalised advice from a healthcare professional when considering taking a supplement.
