200 ml

Description

Dietary supplement for physically and intellectually active people, going through moments of overwork, study or intense physical activity, who need an extra supply of energy. It contains its composition of B vitamins that contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and the normal functioning of the nervous system and the immune system. In addition, vitamins and selenium contribute to the protection of cells against undesirable oxidation.

Instructions for use

Composition

Ingredients (in 30 ml): 9.08 ml of cereals and legumes extract: lentils (Lens culinaris), wheat (Triticum durum D.), beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), cevada (Glycine max L.); corn (Zea mays L.), oats (Avena sativa L.), water and ethanol (< 5% w/v)), mel, sugar, calcium glycerophosphate, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B8 (D-biotin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), folic acid (vitamin B9; pteroylmonoglutamic acid), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), selenium (sodium selenite).

Pharmaceutical Advice

Vitamin D3 is produced in the dermis (deep layer of the skin) through the stimulation of UVB radiation. To a lesser extent, it can also be obtained through diet, with animal products such as oily fish.

It is known to play a regulatory role in bone maintenance (calcium and phosphorus content that form the skeleton), and on the immune and endocrine systems. Severe deficiency during childhood can lead to severe damage (rickets). This is why vitamin D supplementation is often given to infants, who should not be exposed to the sun during their first year, under paediatric supervision.

In adolescents and adults, moderate sun exposure (15 minutes per day) can cover vitamin D production needs. In the case of dark phototypes or certain diseases, these needs may not be sufficiently covered. To consider supplementation, it is advisable to consult a healthcare professional.
