Specially formulated to physically remove bacterial dental plaque, helps prevent bleeding gums and gum problems. A daily toothpaste with baking soda and fluoride for healthy gums and strong teeth. Brush gently every day (about 3 minutes). 3 times a day, after every meal. Vertically, from the gum to the end of the tooth.
