Pharmaceutical Advice

Inositol is an organic compound from the polyol family that has pseudovitamin (Vitamin B8) properties. It is a component of the cell membranes and is especially present in the central nervous system and muscle tissue. It is fundamental for communication between cells. It is also involved in lipid metabolism. We should consume it through our diet because it is involved in normal mental function maintenance and other physiological processes related to fertility and thyroid function.

Rich sources of inositol include whole grains, nuts and legumes. As an ingredient in dietary supplements, it can support these functions, although there are no standardised recommendations on its use. Therefore, in the context of certain diseases or dysfunctions, it is advisable to get personalised advice from a healthcare professional when considering taking a supplement. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

I already use this pill and it is very effective, obviously it must be used continuously but after 1 or 2 months you can see that it helps to regulate menstruation.

It works when you have been taking the capsules for a while. I recommend it for women with S.O.P.

It has helped me a lot. The first week I noticed how my hair oil production decreased. My menstruation was on time the first month of taking it. I recommend it as a supplement. But it should also include a good diet and exercise.

It is likely that I have polycystic ovary syndrome, my main symptoms are very irregular periods (distance between periods about 35 days, but have reached up to 45 or 60 days), another of my symptoms was acne, for more products against acne that I used was never controlled or removed, I am 23 years old and it was very embarrassing to have all the oily face full of pimples and wounds. Another symptom is that I have many mood swings quite abrupt. One day I went to my psychologist and told her about this, she recommended this kind of vitamin sachets/pills. After a month of using them I have noticed a lot of improvement, my pimples and my acne have completely disappeared, it's AMAZING!!! smooth skin and no red pimples or wounds with pus. That's what I've noticed the most. Regarding my mood, I've noticed some improvement, I'm more cheerful and happy lately, I don't get so many downs. My period has not been regulated so far.
