Description

It is a dietary supplement composed of magnesium, plant extracts with analgesic and anti-inflammatory action, B vitamins, and Zinc. Our natural formula is a great ally against unpleasant muscle discomfort and decreased feeling of fatigue. The formula contains magnesium bisglycinate. Bisglycinates are absorbed as if they were Aa proteins. In this way the absorption gap between calcium and magnesium is skilfully avoided, preventing decalcification in groups at risk. Amino acids are better absorbed by the body than minerals. In particular, the absorption of glycine is particularly high due to its small size, thus effectively increasing the absorption of magnesium to 90. The release of glycine in the body, improves performance in certain areas of the brain, helps reduce stress and improves cognitive fluency.

Instructions for use

From 8 years of age 1 capsule per day, preferably before breakfast or lunch.
