The reddish colour is due to the pigment phycoerythrin, have 40% calcium, 5% magnesium with 5% and more than 40 nutrients such as sodium, phosphorus, manganese, iron, potassium, zinc, iodine and selenium. Contributes to maintaining the health of the skeleton and muscles.
