Description

It is a dietary supplement with vitamins, minerals and ginseng.

Pharmaton Protect offers a double protective action, as it helps to reduce tiredness and fatigue, as well as contributing to the normal functioning of the immune system.

It is a multivitamin complex specially enriched with vitamins A, C, E and zinc, related to the defences, and contains ginseng, as usual in Pharmaton products.

Effervescent orange-flavoured tablets.

Instructions for use

Dissolve 1 tablet in 250ml of water and drink immediately.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.

For me, the best vitamin supplement. I notice that it gives me energy. As it is soluble, it forces me to drink a glass of water on an empty stomach. Everything brings, I guess.
