If someone has a denture or a dental prosthesis, they need accessories that allow them to maintain proper hygiene.
PHB Prosthetics is a toothbrush for prostheses and dentures, as well as for orthodontic appliances. It has two round-sized heads to make brushing easier and reach the hardest to reach areas with a regular toothbrush;
It has a large number of tynex filaments grouped in tufts that are distributed on the surfaces of both heads, in order to provide excellent effectiveness in the elimination of bacterial plaque. The white filaments are made of 0.25mm natural polyester fibre and are used to clean the outside of the denture or dental implants. The black filaments are made of 0.35mm nylon fiber and are cut at a 45º angle to better clean the inside of the denture, which is very difficult to access for the usual brushes.
Its handle is anatomical and very easy to hold. This toothbrush was made in collaboration with Dr. John Christensen of the Royal Dental College of Denmark.
