Reusable thermogel fabric bag with washable cover, which contributes to the well-being of muscles and joints. It can be kept in the freezer to provide a cold and anti-inflammatory effect, indicated for bruises, sprains, strains or headaches among others. It can also be immersed in boiling water or in the microwave, to achieve a heat effect, ideal to help relieve joint discomfort or relax contracted and sore muscles.
-Cold use: keep the bag in the freezer at least 1 hour before use. Apply the bag on the affected area always wrapped in a cloth, towel or cover.
-Hot use:
-with microwave: place the bag immersed in water contained in a microwave-safe container, for approximately 3 minutes at a maximum power of 600W. If a higher temperature is required, heat for 30 seconds at a time. Always keep the bag submerged. Apply the bag wrapped in a bag or cover.
-With hot water: immerse the bag for 10 minutes in a container of freshly boiled water. Remove the bag and apply wrapped in a towel or cover.
