It is a product which brings a serious comfort, on the levels of the hot flashes, I order it for my mom, she makes an annual cure of it... We had "stopped" it for a period of time, and her hot flashes had returned... So, she takes it continuously, in parallel, she has some medication, and this phytalessence range does not interfere with them at all... Only one dose is necessary: therefore not restrictive as a routine. I recommend it. It should be noted that I was able to benefit from a nice discount, by ordering them on the Doc Morris site.
