Description

Phytofarma Melatonin 225caps is a supplement that helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep. It is recommended to take 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime. The daily recommended dose should not be exceeded. This dietary supplement should not replace a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Its use is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or in children under 12 years old. Among its ingredients are dried extracts of California poppy, passionflower, lemon balm, linden, and valerian, as well as powdered melatonin.
