Description

Deodorant spray indicated for the hygiene and care of the feet. Helps eliminate unpleasant odours caused by bacteria and dirt. Recommended for daily use, it helps to refresh and soothe irritations. Contributes to limit microbial proliferation caused by perspiration. Pleasantly scented, it is formulated with hexa hydrates, aluminium salts and an alcoholic solution. Suitable for all skin types.

Sweating is a natural mechanism to regulate body temperature, a process that intensifies during physical activity or when feeling nervous. Sweat is made of water, mineral salts and waste substances which, when in contact with the skin microbiota bacteria, are degraded, resulting in an unpleasant odour.

The feet are one of the areas that produce most sweat, due to the high concentration of sweat glands and skin folds, as well as the use of closed footwear that prevents proper ventilation. Foot deodorants help to limit sweating, neutralise odour and reduce bacterial proliferation. Powder and spray treatments are available and can be applied directly to the feet or in the shoes to ensure disinfection.

Some ingredients that help eliminate moisture and have antiseptic properties are potassium alum, zinc and talc. Use these deodorants with suitable, breathable footwear, and follow good hygiene guidelines. If itching or irritation occurs, consult a healthcare professional.
