Instructions for use

Take 1 or 2 capsules a day (not exceeding the daily intake of two), for a period of 2 to 3 months.

Composition

L-Cystine, gelatin, magnesium oxide, ferrous sulphate, L-ascorbic acid, zinc sulphate, nicotinamide, D-pantothenate cálcicum, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, cyanocobalamin, D-biotin, vegetable oil, partially hydrogenated soybean fat, hydrogenated soybean fat, emulsifier: soya lecithin, coating agent: yellow beeswax, stabilizer: glycerin, dyestuffs: iron oxides.

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.

Taste is regular, because they are soft capsules and begin to dilute the second you put them on the tongue, but as a food supplement I think it's working. I miss more indications of how to take them, because it carries iron and it is important not to take them with the tea, which inhibits the absorption of it.
