After a month of taking them I still haven't seen any noticeable change. I don't like the taste and texture but you get used to it with time. I will continue with the two-month regimen that my dermatologist told me to follow to see if it really works, as mentioned in the comments.

I have been using it for a long time and it works! I take these sachets for a month and then I take Woman for another two months. I notice that my hair falls out less, both in the shower and outside, as well as when I stop using it (at least three months in a row and I leave it for 1 or 2) I also notice that it falls out much more when I stop using it.
