500 MG OF VEGETABLE GLUCOSAMINE. 200 MG MSM (METHYLSULFONYLMETHANE). 200 MG OF CHONDROITIN SULFATE. 200 MG OF 5:1 CURCUMA EXTRACT (EQUIVALENT TO 1,000 MG OF PLANT) (95% CURCUMIN). 100 mg of 5:1 harpagophyte extract (equivalent to 500 mg of plant) (2% harpagósidos). 20 mg of hyaluronic acid. 80 mg of vitamin c (l-arcorbic acid). 10 MG OF ZINC. 2 MG OF MANGANESE SULFATE.
