Capsules made with healthy ingredients for the body that promote intestinal transit in cases of constipation, thanks to its formula with Senna extract, Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and plum juice. Its action is 83% during the first and second day of treatment.
Take 1 capsule at bedtime with a glass of water.
Dried extract of senna (Cassia angustifolia) leaf (10% sennosides), Fructooligosaccharides, Concentrated juice of dried plum (Prunus domestica) fruit, Bulking agent (cellulose), Anti-caking agents (diglyceride of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide). Coating: coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.
