Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. -Children:From 12 to 17 years old, take 3ml, 3 times a day.-Adults:Take 5ml 3 times a day after meals to stop cold symptoms.Take 10ml or 20ml 3 times a day with plenty of liquid, preferably away from meal times, in respiratory pathology.
