Description

Flower essence Dr. Bach's method Centaurea No. 4 for negative states, serve excessively or suffer impositions of others, be exploited. Ideal for self-determination, strength, character. Package with 10 ml dropper.

Instructions for use

To take everywhere:
Put 2 drops of each chosen elixir in a 30 ml topaz-coloured glass bottle with glass dropper. Add 10 drops of cognac or apple cider vinegar and top up with mineral water. Take 5 drops, 5 or 6 times a day.
To take at home: Dilute 4 drops of the elixir(s) in half a glass of mineral water without gas. Drink the contents of the glass during the day, leaving each sip a few seconds under the tongue before swallowing.
