Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. -In case of irritable bowel syndrome, it is recommended to take 1 capsule a day for 60 days, with a glass of water.

-To strengthen the immune system, it is recommended to take 1 capsule a day for 60-80 days, with a glass of water with a meal.

-For after colonoscopy, it is recommended to take 1 capsule at night for a minimum of 20 days.
