The nourishing cream of Postquam moisturizes sensitive or normal skin, being of low irritability, calms and nourishes, restoring the lipic barrier and helping night cellular reproduction.

Main active ingredients:

  • Sulphur liposomes: they slow down excessive sebum production and facilitate the penetration of sulphur amino acids.
  • Bio-sulfur: acts on the sebaceous gland with a healing and smoothing action on the skin.
  • Cytobiol ulmaire seaweed: astringent that absorbs excess sebum.
  • Glycerin: moisturizing agent.

Glycerin, also known as glycerol, is a viscous, colourless, odourless liquid that is an intermediate product of alcoholic fermentation and is a member of triglycerides. It is highly valued for its moisturising and emollient properties and is therefore widely used in cosmetics.

One of the best-known products with glycerine as a base component is soap. These soaps have a low pH and work as emollient agents on the skin, helping it to maintain and recover its natural moisture level. This is why they are perfect for sensitive or dry skin hygiene.

Glycerin is also present in moisturising creams with an anti-ageing effect, thanks to its ability to soften the skin and increase its elasticity. It has great soothing action, so it effectively reduces irritations, acne marks or small burns, helping accelerate healing. It is also present in shaving lotions, as it reduces friction, as well as in hair care cosmetics such as serums and masks.
