The shipment arrived on the scheduled day, all well packed. I can not say much about the product because its long term use is who will tell the results. for now I follow the directions in the manual, I put it first in +(red),then I go to -(green) and then I turn off, with clean and dry skin. Then I clean the head and put it away...as I said before I can't say much more.
