This essential oil is made from clove, best known for its culinary use, but also with therapeutic properties. It helps in antibacterial, fungicidal activity and as an anesthetic. It can also be used to help relieve respiratory inflammations such as sinusitis or bronchitis.
- Oral: Administer two drops (about 150mg) on a neutral carrier such as honey, cane sugar or vegetable oil.
- Cutaneous: Dilute to 30% for an aromatic massage.
