Description

Pranarôm Lavandin Super Organic Essential Oil 10ml is an essential oil used to relieve pain caused by muscle spasms or cramps.

Made from wild lavender whose botanical and pharmacological characteristics are very similar that contributes to soothe migraines, calm nerves or sleep. It also has a light fragrance that helps to relax the muscles.

It is especially indicated for athletes who exercise regularly or for people who spend many hours sitting in a chair.

Instructions for use

Orally: Apply 2 drops of bleach, 2 to 3 times a day, mixed with honey, olive oil or cane sugar under the tongue, for all arterial and nervous indications.

External: Apply 4 drops of bleach in massage or simple local application, 2 to 3 times a day, on the area to be treated for muscular and dermatological problems ; and on the inside of the wrists or on the solar plexus for nervous disorders.
