Je trouve le comprimé agréable car goût càºrcuma très présent. La composition est intéressante et c'est une des raisons pour laquelle j'ai acheté. Toutefois concernant les bienfaits relatifs confort musculaire, articulaires et récupération, après 6 jours je ne vois aucun résultat. Mais peut-être un peu tôt. A suivre
