Depending on the type of benefits you want to obtain, the essential oil can be taken through the skin, by air or orally. It should be borne in mind that the skin and aerial pathways are the preferred ones, as the oral pathway must be used with great care and depends on the type of essential oil.

Through the skin: Mix a few drops of essential oil with a vegetable oil that acts as a vector (almond oil, jojoba oil or sesame oil) and massage the most receptive parts of the body, where the skin is very thin and facilitates absorption, such as temples, inside of the wrists or the inside of the ankles.
