I recognise that this score is given because I was wrong to buy the product, and I did not realise that it is pure and hard essential oil. Now I have to look for life to mix it with something and be able to use it, either to put it on my skin, or to use it as an air freshener spray at bedtime. It would not be wrong to indicate this circumstance, and with what it should be mixed for the different uses you want to give it.
