The first time in my life, and I am 36 years old, that I have been free all winter. I have not caught a single flu, cold, pharyngitis or anything else and I have had all my family and friends sick, when not some, others, and me nothing. Great, for me they are already essential. I started taking them because I started with gastritis and although they repeat something because oregano is strong, I'm great. Pranarom is also the best there is in terms of essential oils, along with le gattilier, I have been using essential oils for years, but the capsules for winter and times of stress are the best. Totally recommended.
