I totally recommend it. I take these and the #1 of oregano and lemon. To strengthen the immune system and in times of stress they help me not to get sick. They do not repeat as the oregano ones that are stronger because the essential oil of oregano is very potent, but these are very good for intestinal problems and parasites. Although these also have effective oils for the intestinal flora. I started taking the nº1 in October and for the first time in my life I have been free all winter and until today, not a cold, not a flu and all my family and friends sick with flu and me nothing. Great, natural and essential for life.
